When a salesman sells, there are no losers. Both the buyer and the seller win.
The process that leads to victory should start long before you ever see your prospect and goes on after the customer signs and leaves with his purchase.

Understand whom you are dealing with and what they really want to hear.
Its no fun being turned down. But i soon found out that the more people i talked to, the more sales i made.

Subject line in a mail is important as that decides/motivates the reader to go further.
Send different color and shape on envelope and never put your name outside the envelope.

Build your own prospect list, do not buy it from organisations.

I get up and almost turn my back on the customer, very straight out, i half turn , put out my hand, a say, "Give me $100 and i'll have them get the car ready for you.

I'll look him in the eye and say, You dont need any money. Your word is good enough for me.
A rabbit in hand is better than 2 in the bush.
The way you take care of customers who have problems matters a lot.

i sell more than 6 cars everyday.
nobody sells all alone. To sell customers you use help, whether you think of it that way or not. You use the telephone.
What i do today, i want to beat tomorrow.
selling is acting.
i could probably raise the money to become a dealer and i could probably run a pretty good operation. But i dont want to. I am having a good time selling.
Look for new and different way to approach the same old problems.dont be afraid to do it differently. it's usually better.
The process of successful selling means the endless use of your mental resources.
Just O.K this for me, instead of signature.
Want it bad enough to make it affect your professional life.
There was no way to survive if i kept believing that i was no good.
Everybody who makes himself into something better has to fight the forces  in him that want to be something worse.
