A letter to APSRTC

Sir,

Please find below a pathetic experience had by me and all fellow passengers on this bus.

Bus Number: AP11Z 2310
Service is from Hyderabad to Bangalore.
Ticket Cost: Rs 705
Date: 31 Jan 2009

I have boarded this bus as it is very near to my parents place but have some bad experiences with it.

1. The bus is in a bad shape
It is unclean.
Many of the chairs are too old or torn.
The pouch to put stuff in front of the seat is torn.

The journey started and the bus went well until Jadcharla.
There it stopped and the driver had told that it can no longer go because of some spoilt engines...etc..and it was making some hissing sound. On asking the washer boy, he told that this has happenned to the bus earlier also.
An old woman had to wait for more than an hour outside along with us but she did so patiently., trying to understand.
Please understand the problem and take the necessary action.

i have sent a mail to apsrtc@apsrtc.gov.in regarding the same but got the following message
